Returns
Our return policy is applicable for two weeks (14 days) after the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. No exceptions are guaranteed. Skirted Fancy does NOT offer refunds, however, we do offer exchanges or the supplying of store credit, which you can use toward any future purchases.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any original tags. Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing pieces or parts is not eligible for return. Any item delivered more than 14 days ago is not eligible for return. Items marked "Final Sale" in their title are not applicable for return.
Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please include a note (a handwritten note on the original packing slip will suffice) in the return shipment including your order number and identifying which in-stock item you would like to exchange for (or requesting store credit).
Please note you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the shipping cost for the new item (applies to ONE EXCHANGE PER ITEM ONLY- customer must cover shipping for any subsequent exchanges on the same item.)
To return an item, you can ship it back to us unworn, with original tags and in the original branded bag (not the shipping bag, just the zippy one with the brand name on it) to: Skirted Fancy, P.O. Box 390041, San Diego, California 92149, United States.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE BRANDED ZIPPY BAG AS A SHIPPING BAG.
If no note is included with your return, store credit will be issued via your purchasing email by default.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged or returned item to reach its destination may vary. When you ship an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment.
Generally, returns are processed once per week. However, please allow up to two weeks for processing under extenuating circumstances.
